Privacy policy
No account, no search history, and analytics only if you allow it. This page explains what information TermsCheck handles when you visit casinobonusterms.com, why, and the choices you have.

Analytics, only with your permission
Google Analytics is loaded only if you choose Allow analytics. It then uses cookies, kept for up to 30 days, to count visits and to see basic device, browser and referring-site information. Google receives your IP address and derives an approximate location from it. Each visit is recorded under the address of the page you opened, and any use of the analyzer as a visit to the home page, without your casino searches, the country you choose or any report.
Advertising features and Google signals are off. You can change your choice at any time with Analytics settings at the bottom of every page; rejecting analytics stops measurement and removes our Analytics cookies. Your choice is remembered in your browser for up to 180 days. Google's own privacy policy applies to what it receives.
When you run an analysis
The casino address you enter, including anything in a link you pasted, is sent to our analysis server so that it can read that casino's public terms. The country you choose goes with it. It sets the language the casino's site is asked for (the English version for that country, or the country's own language if no English terms are found), and it is used to flag bonuses the terms close to players there and to set aside limits written only for residents of other countries. Both are used only while the analysis runs. We keep no search history, and your browser does not store your searches or reports.
The casino's website sees our server's connection, not yours. No cookies or logins of yours are used: each analysis runs in a fresh private browser profile that is deleted afterwards.
To read the figures, the casino's public terms text may be sent to an AI model service (OpenRouter, and Anthropic for our reviews). Only the casino's own published text and its address are sent, never anything about you.
Your country
To preselect your country, our host, Cloudflare, tells the site which country your connection comes from, and in Canada which province, so the page can show your province's gambling helpline and age limit. Only these codes are used, in your browser. They are not stored, and you can change the country. We never ask for your precise location.
Hosting and security
The site runs on Cloudflare, and analyses run on a server we rent from Oracle Cloud in Sweden. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and to protect the service from abuse. We use them only for that. When you start an analysis, your IP address also keys a counter inside Cloudflare for about a minute, so one visitor cannot start too many at once; it never reaches our analysis server.
Legal basis and transfers
We rely on your consent for analytics, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site for hosting, the counter above and preselecting your country. Cloudflare and Google may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
Partner links
When you open a casino through a review's partner link, the casino and its partner programme can see that you came from TermsCheck, so that a sign-up can be credited to us. From then on their privacy policies apply. We do not receive your name, contact details or payment details.
What we store
We keep a database of public casino information: casinos' addresses, their published terms and the figures we have checked, used to write and update reviews. It contains nothing about visitors.
In your browser we keep your analytics choice and, if you switch the reviews page to the list, that view. If you allow analytics, its cookies are kept there too, as described above.
Your rights
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time with Analytics settings. Because there are no accounts and no saved searches, we normally hold no personal data about you beyond what our hosts process for a short time. If you allowed analytics, Google also holds that measurement data for us. You can ask what we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted, and you can complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
We update this page when what we do changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
