How we check bonus terms

Every key figure TermsCheck shows comes from a casino's own terms, and each one they state links to the sentence it was read from. This is how the analyzer finds and reads those terms, and how our reviews are checked.

1. Find the casino's own terms

Enter a casino's address or a link to its terms. A fresh, private browser opens the casino's website, follows the legal links in its menus and footer, and reads the terms pages it finds there. No login is used, and the casino sees our server's connection, not yours.

2. Accept only the casino's own documents

A document counts only when it can be traced back to the site you entered, through a link, a redirect or the casino's own configuration. Terms on unrelated sites are not accepted. We treat the site you enter as the casino, including a numbered mirror of it, and we try to recognise review sites, so check that you entered the casino's real address. When a site blocks access, is under maintenance or is not the casino's own website, the report says so instead of guessing.

3. Separate each offer

Welcome packages, single deposits, free spins and reload offers often have different rules. Each offer gets its own figures, and a general rule is applied to an offer only where the terms say it applies or where the offer sits under those general rules, and the report marks it.

4. Read the five rules that matter most

The report leads with wagering, maximum bet, time limit, game contribution and maximum cashout. AI models can read the terms first, and code then checks each quote: a figure is shown only when its quote is found in the terms word for word (a game contribution table can rest on one row or the line above it), and each one opens the clause it was read from. The same models can then be asked about each figure again, with its clause in front of them, whether it is this bonus's rule, and about each page, whether it is the casino's own. A figure they do not all confirm shows Check clause instead. When the terms are unclear or two readings give different figures, the report says so instead of choosing one.

5. Say what is missing

A rule that was not found is shown as not found. That never means the casino has no such rule, and no stated cap never means unlimited winnings. The sources part of the report lists every document read. A linked page that failed to load is not always listed there, so a missing document does not mean the casino has none.

Country and freshness

Offers and rules can differ from one country to the next, so choose the country you are in. It does not change where the terms are read from, and it does not prove that an offer is open to you. Every new analysis reads the terms again; nothing from an earlier search is reused.

How reviews are checked

  • We read each casino's bonus terms through a connection in the country the offer is for, because offers change from country to country.
  • Each key figure the terms state links to the sentence it comes from, quoted word for word. The rest of a review summarises the same terms and, where a section says so, the casino's or its group's site.
  • Two different AI models read the terms separately and quote the sentences they used. Code confirms each quote is in the terms word for word, and each key figure is compared with its clause before it appears. One that has not passed says so.
  • Every review says when its terms were checked. Offers change, so the casino's current terms always come first.

The limits

Automated reading can miss a condition, and casinos change their terms without notice. Check the clause and the casino's current terms before you claim a bonus. TermsCheck gives information, not advice, and does not rate casinos.
