What TermsCheck is
TermsCheck is an information service. It reads and quotes casinos' published bonus terms and links to the source. It is not a casino, offers no gambling and handles no money.
Information, not advice
Nothing on this site is financial, legal or gambling advice, or a recommendation to gamble or to use a particular casino. Whether an offer is open to you, and whether online gambling is legal where you are, is for you to check.
The casino's terms come first
We work to show each key figure exactly as the terms state it, with its clause. The rest of a review summarises the same terms and, where a section says so, the casino's or its group's site. Automated readings can still be wrong or incomplete, and casinos change their terms without notice. The casino's own current terms always take precedence over anything shown here. We cannot promise that a bonus is available, that a casino will pay, or that its terms will be applied as written.
Adults only
Gambling is for adults only. You must be at least 18, or older where the law where you live requires it, to gamble or to sign up with a casino through our partner links.
Partner links
Some reviews contain partner links. If you sign up with a casino through one, we may earn a commission. Your agreement is then with the casino, under its own terms; TermsCheck is not part of it.
Quotes and trademarks
We quote short passages of casinos' public terms so that key figures can be checked against their source. Casino names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the casinos we cover.
Fair use of the analyzer
Use the analyzer for your own research. Automated or bulk requests, attempts to get around its limits, and using it to reach anything other than a casino's public pages are not allowed. We may limit or stop access to protect the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
