Captain Cooks Casino's site has no FAQ page: its /en/faq/ address gave a 404 on 4 November 2026, so we cannot say what its usernames look like. Most of the FAQs of the casinos in this group describe a username that starts with 4 or 5 characters, followed by numbers. Luxury Casino's says it is your email address. If you cannot find yours, ask support.

If you forgot your username or password

If you still cannot log in

We cannot see your account. These are the things Captain Cooks Casino's terms and the group's FAQ say can affect one, and support can tell you which applies, if any.

• You may be at another casino. The group's FAQ says you have "a Casino Account specific to that casino", so log in where you opened it.
• Your details may be incomplete. The terms say: "Accounts found to have incorrect or incomplete registration details may be suspended until the verification process has been completed."
• You may have a second account. The terms say: "Players may only open and operate a single account. Where a Player is identified with more than one account we reserve the right to suspend these accounts and winnings associated with multiple accounts may be confiscated."
• The account may be dormant. The terms give no number of days: an account counts as dormant when you have made no bet, deposit or withdrawal "within a period at the casino's discretion". They say balances are removed within up to 60 days, bonus funds are forfeited, and cash can be returned on request if you pass verification or security questions.
• You may have set a break yourself. The terms offer "Cooling-off periods from 24 hours to 6 weeks." and a "Self-exclusion period of 6 months." If you set one, that break is worth keeping.

• Type your password only on the casino's own pages. Search results can also show apps, videos and sites with similar names. We have not checked those, so start from the official address.
• The terms say Captain Cooks Casino "reserves the right to close or suspend a Player's account without refund if it becomes evident that the Player has disclosed their account login details to a third party."
