Why there is no single login

The group's FAQ says that when you join, "you will have a Casino Account specific to that casino, as well as a Casino Rewards Account". If you join another member casino, your Casino Rewards account is linked there too.

We found no login for the Casino Rewards account itself: casinorewards.com's /en/login/ address gave a 404 on 4 November 2026, and its home page has no login link. The FAQ says you reach it from inside a casino: the green Casino Rewards tab at the top of the lobby, or the Promotions button at the bottom of the screen on a phone or tablet.

How logging in works at these casinos

1. Open your casino's login page and press its login button.
2. The button leads to the casino's lobby in your browser. At most of them the address starts with lobby.play. Casino Kingdom's and Cosmo's are on gameassists.co.uk, where their own buttons led. It can take a little while to load.
3. In a browser that has not been there before, the lobby opens on a sign-up form headed "Account Registration". If you already have an account, do not fill it in. Press "Already have an account? Login here" under the form. The terms of all 15 we read say: "Players may only open and operate a single account."
4. Enter your username and password.

On 4 November 2026 we followed the login buttons of the 15 casinos we read to their lobby addresses, and opened four of those lobbies: Zodiac's, Luxury's, Captain Cooks' and Cosmo's. All four showed this form. A site can change, so trust the casino's own address over this page.

Usernames differ from casino to casino

Most of the FAQs of the casinos in this group describe a username that starts with 4 or 5 characters, followed by numbers. Luxury Casino's says it is your email address. Captain Cooks, Casino Classic and Golden Tiger have no FAQ page, so we cannot say what theirs look like.

If you forgot your username or password

The group's FAQ says: "Please click on the forgotten account/password link in your casino to reset your details or speak with a member of our 24/7 live chat team." At most of these casinos, the link on the login page opens live chat, not a reset form. Captain Cooks', Casino Classic's and Golden Tiger's login pages have no such link.

Keep your login safe

• Type your password only on the casino's own pages. Search results can also show apps, videos and sites with similar names. We have not checked those, so start from the official address.
• The terms of all 15 we read let the casino close or suspend an account "without refund if it becomes evident that the Player has disclosed their account login details to a third party."
• They also say that if your login details are used without your permission or stolen, the casino "must be immediately informed".
