How to log in to Quatro Casino

1. Open the official login page above and press "Click Here To log in".
2. That button leads to the casino's lobby in your browser, at lobby.play.quatro.casino. That ends differently from quatrocasino.com, but it is where the casino's own button led on 4 November 2026. It can take a little while to load.
3. In a browser that has not been there before, the lobby opens on a sign-up form headed "Account Registration". If you already have an account, do not fill it in. Press "Already have an account? Login here" under the form. The terms allow one account per player.
4. Enter your username and password. The FAQ says the password is case sensitive. On the two login forms we opened, "Keep me logged in" was already ticked, so untick it if anyone else uses the device.

On 4 November 2026 we followed the login buttons of all 15 Casino Rewards casinos we read to their lobby addresses, and opened four of those lobbies: Zodiac's, Luxury's, Captain Cooks' and Cosmo's. All four showed this form. A site can change, so trust the casino's own address over this page.

If you installed the casino's software on a computer, the FAQ says to open it from its desktop icon and press the connect button.

The same login page is in French at www.quatrocasino.com/fr/login/. Search results sometimes point to another language, such as www.quatrocasino.com/de-at/login/ in German.

What your Quatro Casino username looks like

Quatro Casino's FAQ says you choose a password when you register, and then: "Shortly after, you will receive your unique username which will usually start with 4 or 5 characters, followed by a series of numbers."

So your username may not be the name or email address you signed up with. If it has not arrived within 5 minutes, the FAQ says there may have been a problem with transmission, and that you can try resending the form or contact the help desk.

If you forgot your username or password

Quatro Casino's login page has a "Forgot your account/password?" link. It opens the casino's live chat, not a reset form.

The login form in the lobby had a "Forgot password?" link on the two we opened, Zodiac's and Cosmo's. The group's FAQ says: "Please click on the forgotten account/password link in your casino to reset your details or speak with a member of our 24/7 live chat team."

If you still cannot log in

We cannot see your account. These are the things Quatro Casino's terms and the group's FAQ say can affect one, and support can tell you which applies, if any.

• You may be at another casino. The group's FAQ says you have "a Casino Account specific to that casino", so log in where you opened it.
• Your details may be incomplete. The terms say: "Accounts found to have incorrect or incomplete registration details may be suspended until the verification process has been completed."
• You may have a second account. The terms say: "Players may only open and operate a single account. Where a Player is identified with more than one account we reserve the right to suspend these accounts and winnings associated with multiple accounts may be confiscated."
• The account may be dormant. The terms give no number of days: an account counts as dormant when you have made no bet, deposit or withdrawal "within a period at the casino's discretion". They say balances are removed within up to 60 days, bonus funds are forfeited, and cash can be returned on request if you pass verification or security questions.
• You may have set a break yourself. The terms offer "Cooling-off periods from 24 hours to 6 weeks." and a "Self-exclusion period of 6 months." If you set one, that break is worth keeping.

Keep your login safe

• Type your password only on the casino's own pages. Search results can also show apps, videos and sites with similar names. We have not checked those, so start from the official address.
• Quatro Casino's FAQ says of your password: "Don't give it to anyone else, even if contacted." It also says "no one at Quatro Casino knows your password", so nobody from the casino needs to ask for it.
• The terms say Quatro Casino "reserves the right to close or suspend a Player's account without refund if it becomes evident that the Player has disclosed their account login details to a third party."
• If you think someone else has your login details, tell the casino straight away. The terms say the casino "must be immediately informed".

Your Casino Rewards account

The group's FAQ says you also have a Casino Rewards account, linked across every member casino you join. We found no separate login for it on casinorewards.com. The FAQ says you reach it from inside a casino: the green Casino Rewards tab at the top of the lobby, or the Promotions button at the bottom of the screen on a phone or tablet.

Before you deposit at Quatro Casino

Quatro Casino's sign-up offer, as its own site showed it from Canada: Up to $100 match plus up to 100 spins a day for 7 days. The wagering in its terms: 200× bonus.
